Có ăn bánh bèo ở một tiệm ở Little Saigon. Tiệm này (xin không nói tên ra) thay mấy miếng tóp mỡ heo xắt nhỏ bằng bánh mì chiên, thấy mất ngon . Dẫu biết là ở xứ Mỹ này nhiều người sợ ăn mỡ, nhưng lâu nay đã quen ăn bánh bèo theo kiểu truyền thống rồi, giờ cải lương thấy ky` quá . Đồ phụ tùng họ để lên bánh bèo nhiều, nhưng để làm gì ?
