Tiệm ăn Mễ thường serve corn-chips với salsa cho thực khách nhâm nhi trong khi chờ đợi món chính. Có tiệm làm corn-chips mỏng (yummy!) chứ không dầy như đa số các loại chips ở groceries hay WholeFoods. Tonka làm thử món này dùng với bánh đa nướng  xem có hợp vị không nha, hy vọng sẽ xuống cân. Màu sắc trái cây pha trộn trông rất ngon mắt và đọc chị Kim Mai diễn tả món ăn thì "Salsa Việt Nam" chắc là phải ngon... tuyệt.
