Of his skills, the boy said, "God let me know." William used the Internet to find the site of a Ph.D. whose program can be used to provide a check to his answers.

... During his recent, 2-1/2-hour interview with the Register, William was asked to test his skill on dates in the distant future. We started with Jan. 9, 900000.
William smiled briefly, rubbed both hands on his head and replied,
"Sunday." An online calendar calculator confirmed this is correct.
Next he was given the date Jan. 1, 1000000000.
"Saturday," he replied in about three seconds. It's correct.
There's never any hesitation in his voice, even for dates that are billions of years in the future...
Dec. 19, 110000000000. "Tuesday." Again, about three seconds.. Again, correct."
