 Nguyên vật liệu giống như món ốc nhồi (có đăng trong forum này), nhưng được bọc với sả, cuốn lại bằng giấy nhôm và đưa vào nồi hấp. Hình trên là từ đầu bếp ngodong.

Em có trồng một lần - sau đó em phải cuốc hai ngày để nhổ hết đi - trồng chuối nó phá đất kinh khủng luôn - lúc còn nhỏ nhìn đẹp - lớn lên lá bị te tua xấu lắm.

Thì giữ vài cây để lấy lá thôi. Thấy người Mỹ họ thích cây chuối hé, họ trồng làm cảnh, thậm chí làm chuối giả để chưng trong nhà nữa.
