Thuy Wagner, Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General
Ms. Wagner is an Assistant Attorney General with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. Prior to joining the AG's Office, she was a staff attorney with the Family Advocacy Program. While at FAP, she represented families in Housing Court to fight evictions and improve poor housing conditions. During her tenure at FAP, she also coordinated a task force with the Boston Public Health Commission, the Boston Housing Authority, Hale and Dorr Legal Services, and the Volunteer Lawyers Project to address the issue of mold in public housing and how it affects pediatric health. Through her affiliation with the Boston Center for Refugee Health and Human Rights at Boston Medical Center, Wagner assisted refugees with applying for political asylum and represented their interests before asylum officers and immigration judges. Wagner received her B.S from Emory University and graduated from Boston University School of Law.
