- Điệp vàng thì có kèm tên khoa học bên cạnh Cassia splendida (Vogel). Chị PC viết thiếu chữ s hén chị, Casia thay vì Cassia.

Lát đát vài con phố của Phan Rang được trang điểm sắc vàng.
Năm nay thời tiết thật là buồn cười (nói theo từ ngữ... khoa học là chả tuân theo "quy luật tự nhiên" gì cả),
nên hoa Bọ cạp vàng (còn gọi là Muồng Hoàng yến, Mai dây...) nở sớm hơn mọi năm.
Thường thì hoa rộ vàng sau tết, nên còn gọi là Mai xuân muộn
